Fun El Salvador Attractions
We experienced quite a few El Salvador attractions. All of them were different and exciting in their own way. One of the really wonderful benefits of the entire experience, was being able to meet other people who were also being treated with Bryomixol. Tom and his wife Trini stayed in the same hotel and we explored a couple of places together. Here they are at the San Salvador Volcano.
This is an actual photo of the crater.

Another place to visit is the Puerto de La Libertad, Punta Roca. I've never seen so much sea food in my life. You name it they have it.
The fishermen bring their boats on the pier, empty the daily catch from the nets and clean the fish immediately after. Now, that is what I call fresh!

There are plenty of beaches to choose from. Just ask Jose or one of the driver/guides and they will take you. The beaches are very warm. Being so close to the equator, even in the early evening the water and sand remained warm.
Cynthia and me just checking out the water.
The ocean was relaxing I took a moment to meditate.
If you are looking for trinkets and souvenirs to take back home, then Mercado de Artesanias is for you. We picked up gifts and had a great time looking at all the handcrafted items.
Sight seeing is a great way to pass the time but remember rest is the first priority for any one in the healing process.
